I am Tamar Linchevsky, a certified tour guide, group facilitatorand tour guide instructor.
With over two decades of expertise on Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, I provide unique insights into cultures and religions, identity issues and spirituality, and enjoy weaving storytelling, poetry, and texts into my guiding work.

I wanted to send a note to express my enormous gratitude for the session you led for the Dorot Fellows in Israel. Inviting you back to meet another cohort of our Fellowship was the wild success that we expected it to be after your first meeting with our guys.
On both occasions we asked you to take us into the world of the Machane Yehuda market (in Jerusalem) and the food industry in Israel as part of our educational programming, and despite giving you such a short window of time you managed to create a learning environment for us that was in-depth, and yet covered a huge range of topics: food sustainability, wealth and poverty and food security, politics, Kashrut, sociology, and all of that, with the most exquisite tasters throughout the tour.
Apart from the content, we were so impressed by your ability to not only share yourself and knowledge with the group, but also your remarkable sensitivity to our needs. We were integrating your tour into a full day seminar on food issues in Israel, and you were totally tuned into what we had already done, where we were going next, the big questions we were asking for the day — and you were consistently ensuring that your input would add to everything else we had on our agenda.
Your presentation style is fantastic, including serious content, but always presented in an easy to understand way, alongside sharing personal anecdotes about where you stand on some of these issues — those personal stories always being real gems.
